Both the Malayalam and Hindi versions of Drishyam 3 completed their theatrical runs, setting distinct financial benchmarks before reaching digital platforms.

The story’s final chapter arrived in two cinematic waves. Jeethu Joseph directed the Malayalam film Drishyam 3, reuniting Mohanlal and the original cast. Principal photography ran from September 22 to December 2, 2025. The film secured a May 21, 2026 theatrical release and concluded its run with a worldwide box office total of ₹237.70 crore. Afterward, it was made available for digital streaming in the Philippines on Amazon Prime Video.

A few months later, the Hindi iteration followed. Titled Drishyam: The Conclusion, this version was directed by Abhishek Pathak and featured Ajay Devgn alongside Tabu. Production took place primarily in Mumbai and Goa between December 2025 and June 2026, setting the stage for an October 2, 2026 cinema release. The Hindi feature saw an aggressive box office performance right out of the gate.

It collected ₹275 crore worldwide across its opening three-day theatrical weekend. By the ninth day of its release, worldwide box office collections reached ₹446.80 crore. The momentum held steady, allowing Drishyam: The Conclusion to cross the ₹500 crore mark at the worldwide box office by its twelfth day of theatrical release.
